Terms and conditions

The agreement between your company and CabHub, in plain language. Using CabHub means you accept these terms.

Last updated 20 October 2026

1. Who these terms are for

CabHub is provided by Exevia BV, Katelijnsesteenweg 39/1, 2570 Duffel, Belgium, KBO 1041.395.760 ("CabHub", "we"). These terms apply to every company that creates a CabHub account ("you"), and to everyone who uses CabHub on your behalf, such as office staff and drivers.

CabHub is made for businesses. By creating an account you confirm that you act for a company and that you may bind it to these terms. Consumer protection rules for consumers do not apply to this agreement.

2. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details secret. Actions taken with your account count as yours.
  • Give correct company details and keep them up to date.
  • You decide who in your company gets access, and you remove access for people who leave.
  • Tell us at info@cabhub.be without delay if you suspect misuse of your account.

3. The service

CabHub gives you an office app, a driver app and the reporting of rides to Chiron, as described on this website. We keep improving CabHub, so features can change. We will not remove a core function you pay for without telling you in advance.

We work hard to keep CabHub available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or when a provider or Chiron itself has a problem. The driver app keeps recording rides without a connection and sends them once it is back online.

Test mode sends rides to Chiron's acceptance environment only. Rides in test mode are not reported to the real register and the documents made in test mode are not valid.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You hold the licences and permits needed to run your taxi service, and you follow the rules that apply to it.
  • The data you and your drivers enter is correct: vehicles, drivers, tariffs, bookings and fares.
  • You only use CabHub for your own taxi business, and you do not try to break, overload or copy it.
  • You inform your drivers that the driver app measures the location of the phone during a ride.

5. Chiron and your legal obligations

Taxi operators in Flanders must report their rides to Chiron. CabHub sends these messages for you, with your own Chiron keys and under your own enterprise number. You remain the operator and stay responsible for your obligations towards the government.

We send every message we receive from the driver app and show you when Chiron refuses one. Act on these warnings: we are not responsible for fines that follow from wrong data, missing keys, rides recorded outside CabHub, or problems at Chiron's side.

CabHub is not affiliated with the Flemish government.

6. Prices and payment

  • CabHub costs € 10 per driver a month, paid up front for 12 months per driver seat. The price on the payment page is the price you pay; VAT is included where applicable.
  • Payment runs through Mollie. Seats become active as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  • Seats you have paid for stay active until the end of their period. Paid periods are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we end the agreement without a reason on your side.
  • We may change prices for the future. We announce it at least 30 days ahead; it applies from your next payment.

7. Duration and ending

The agreement runs as long as you have an account. You can stop at any time by not renewing your seats and asking us to close your account.

We may suspend or close an account after a warning if you do not pay, break these terms or misuse CabHub. In urgent cases, such as a security risk, we may suspend access first and explain afterwards.

Before your account closes you can export your rides and documents. Ride records that the law requires to be kept are kept for the legal period, after which they are deleted.

8. Data processing under the GDPR

For the personal data you put into CabHub about your drivers, customers and rides, you are the controller and CabHub is your processor in the sense of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation. This section is our data processing agreement.

  • Instructions. We process the data only to provide CabHub to you, following these terms and your use of the app, unless EU or Belgian law requires otherwise.
  • Confidentiality. Only people who need access to run CabHub have it, and they are bound to confidentiality.
  • Security. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption of connections and of your Chiron keys, separation of each company's data, and records that cannot be edited.
  • Sub-processors. You allow us to use the providers listed on our privacy page. We will announce a new sub-processor in advance, and you may object for good reasons.
  • Your obligations towards data subjects. We help you answer requests from drivers or customers who use their rights, and with security and impact assessments where relevant.
  • Data breaches. We tell you without undue delay after we become aware of a breach that affects your data, with the information you need to report it.
  • End of the agreement. You can export your data. Afterwards we delete it, except records the law requires us or you to keep.
  • Audits. On reasonable request we give you the information you need to show that these obligations are met.

9. Intellectual property

CabHub, its software and its design belong to Exevia BV. You get the right to use CabHub for your business while your account is active. Your data stays yours.

10. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our fault in providing CabHub. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost income, lost rides or reputational harm.

These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional fault, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce important changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using CabHub before the new terms take effect.

12. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. We first try to solve any disagreement together; write to info@cabhub.be. If that fails, the courts of the judicial district of Exevia BV's registered office are competent.
