Chiron questions
Whose Chiron account is used?
Yours. You create the keys in the Chiron portal with your company's legal representative, and every ride is sent with those keys under your own enterprise number.
Where do I find my Chiron keys?
In the Chiron portal of the Flemish government, after signing in with itsme or your eID. CabHub's setup guide shows where to click and accepts the keys by paste.
Can CabHub see or reuse my keys?
Your keys are stored encrypted and are only decrypted at the moment a ride is sent. They are never shown again in the app after you save them.
What happens if Chiron rejects a ride?
You see the rejection and the reason in the office app, using Chiron's own error codes, so you know what to fix.
What if Chiron is down?
Messages wait in a queue and are retried automatically, in the right order, until Chiron accepts them.
